1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to the website of Dronetribes Aerospace Private Limited (referred to as the "Company"). By accessing dronetribes.com, purchasing custom drones, or registering for workshops, the user agrees to follow these Terms of Service. If the user does not agree, the user must not use this website or its services.

2. Age Eligibility

A user must be at least 18 years of age to purchase customized drones. If a user is below 18 years of age, custom drone purchases are permitted only with parental permission and supervision.

3. Flight Operations and Liability

Dronetribes Aerospace Private Limited acts solely as a manufacturer and technology provider.

• User Responsibility: Upon delivery of a custom drone, the customer takes full responsibility for flying it safely and following all local and national aviation laws, including DGCA regulations.
• Risk Assumption: The Company does not check pilot licenses. All drone flights are done entirely at the user's own risk.
• No Liability: The Company will not be responsible for any drone crashes, broken hardware, damaged property, injuries, or legal fines that happen because of unsafe or unauthorized flying.

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Workshops

• Custom Drones: Because custom drones are built specifically for one person, advance payments cannot be refunded once the manufacturing or parts-ordering process has started.
• Workshops & Events: People attending technical training must follow all safety rules. The Company has the right to send away anyone who breaks safety rules, without giving a refund.

5. Service Quality and Bugs (As-Is Basis)

The Company works hard to provide good services, but the website and digital features are provided "as-is". The Company does not promise that the website or services will be 100% perfect. There might be bugs, errors, or temporary downtime. The Company is not responsible for any issues caused by these technical errors.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website belongs to Dronetribes Aerospace Private Limited. This includes text, designs, logos, custom drone frame designs, videos, and images. No one is allowed to copy, sell, or use these materials to build a competing business without written permission from the Company.

7. Responsibility for Legal Claims (Indemnification)

If a user breaks these rules, misuses the custom drones, or breaks the law, it might cause legal trouble for the Company. If that happens, the user agrees to pay all legal fees, fines, and damages on behalf of Dronetribes Aerospace Private Limited.

8. Resolving Disagreements (Arbitration)

If there is a disagreement or problem between a user and the Company, both sides will first try to talk and solve it peacefully. If it cannot be solved within 30 days, the issue will be decided by a neutral legal referee (called Arbitration) under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, instead of going to a regular court. This legal process will take place in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.

9. Digital Agreement (Electronic Records)

By using this website, clicking "I Agree," or buying a product, the user is digitally signing this agreement. Under the Information Technology Act, 2000, this digital action is legally valid. A physical paper signature is not required to make these rules official and binding.
